Livelihood supports are currently being offered to the families of unemployed landless labors and migrant people who have been recently returned from other states of India. To provide basic ration and hygiene supply kits to those in dire need especially daily wagers, migrant workers, physically challenged, widows and elderly people are worst hit due to the lock down. COVID -19 has reiterated the call for countries to take immediate actions. The state government machinery is fully mobilized and awareness strategies and screenings are launched in full swing. In this backdrop, due to the lockdown, daily wagers, migrant workers, physically challenged, widows and elderly people are worst hit without their regular food and other essential supplies. Backward Community Development Society had started distributing the rations and other supply kits like masks and sanitizers to the most deserving families in Kadapa district since the outbreak around 750 families benefitted by this program. In order to continue to reach out more people those in dire need, organization requests to kindly donate generously to provide rest of the people the ration and other essential supplies
