"Education for Equality, Literacy for Life"

Eradication of illiteracy has been one of the major concerns. We have taken up to eradicate illiteracy among adults inhabited in 35 Villages of Kadapa District. We have mobilized and taught 4695 Illiterate poor Dalit women and Men, 20-45 age groups, with functional literacy (reading, writing and numeracy skills) by providing them with Learning Book, Slates, Gas lights, with an aim to make them live an independent life.

Now the participant beneficiaries can speak, read and write effectively, which is helping them not only to survive but also enabling them economically, socially and emotionally to lead a better and improved life as literate Citizens in the villages.
